As a host on Holidu, you have full control over your account settings and booking management. Whether you need to take a break from hosting or manage your property availability, we've made it simple for you to adjust your preferences.

Temporarily Pausing Your Bookings

If you need a temporary break from accepting new bookings, you can easily pause your listings without losing your account or host profile information.

Steps to Pause Your Bookings:

1. Log in to your Holidu host account
2. Navigate to your property management dashboard
3. Select the property you wish to pause
4. Look for the availability or booking settings option
5. Choose the option to pause or disable bookings
6. Select your desired pause period
7. Confirm your changes

Once you've paused your bookings, your property will no longer appear in search results or accept new reservations. You can reactivate your listing at any time when you're ready to resume hosting.

Requesting Permanent Deletion of Your Data

To request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data, please contact us through the Holidu Assistant. Our support team will guide you through the deletion process and ensure your information is securely removed from our systems.

Please note that data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Ensure you've downloaded any important information about your bookings or earnings before submitting your request.
