Can I delete a review left by a guest? My guest left a bad review, what can I do?

When can a review be deleted?
A review can only be deleted if it violates the terms and conditions of the platform where it was posted. Reviews that contain the following may qualify for removal:

- Content unrelated to the guest's stay
- Privacy violations (sharing personal details)
- Factual inaccuracies or fraudulent statements
Please note that negative feedback, differing opinions, and constructive criticism do not qualify for deletion unless they breach specific platform guidelines.
How to request a review deletion
Step 1: Review platform terms
Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the platform where the review was posted:

Step 2: Assess the violation
Determine whether the review content violates any platform guidelines. Gather evidence such as screenshots to support your claim.
Step 3: Submit your request
Contact Holidu support with your booking number and a detailed explanation of why you believe the review violates the platform's terms and conditions.
Step 4: Await response
Our customer service team will review your request and coordinate with the relevant platform. Please note that the final decision belongs to the platform, not Holidu.
