The CIN (Codice Identificativo Nazionale) is a national registration number assigned to each non-hotel accommodation property available for short-term rental in Italy. Key Deadlines and Requirements

The CIN requirement became effective on November 2, 2024. All rental properties were required to obtain their CIN by January 1, 2025. If your property does not yet have a CIN, you should apply immediately to remain compliant with current regulations.
