1. Explore Paphos Archaeological Park

   One of Cyprus's great cultural treasures, the Paphos Archaeological Park protects layers of history stretching back nearly 8,000 years. Highlights include the astonishingly well-preserved Roman mosaics in the Houses of Dionysos and Theseus, depicting scenes from Greek mythology in vivid detail. Allow a few hours to wander among the ancient villas, the Hellenistic-Roman theatre and the early Christian basilica.
