How to Connect to SES.HOSPEDAJES

SES.Hospedajes is the new platform developed by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior to comply with   Royal Decree 933/2021 . It serves as a centralized entity through which Spanish hosts can declare their reservations to the Ministry, as required by law. This guide will assist you in registering your property on the SES.Hospedajes platform and connecting your account with your Holidu listing, ensuring that Guest Registration Forms are automatically transferred as your guests check in.

Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a successful connection.

How to Register and Connect with SES.Hospedajes

Step 1: Create an Account
Obtain and install a Digital Certificate or use Cl@ve PIN/DNIe. If needed, request a digital certificate via FNMT or register with Cl@ve. Then click the “@” icon on the SES.Hospedajes portal to begin.

Step 2: Access Your Account
Log in using your certificate or Cl@ve and go to the section “Registro de establecimientos y entidades.”

Step 3: Choose Registration Type
You will be asked to select a “Tipo de registro.” Choose the appropriate option (e.g., Hospedaje turístico) before continuing.

Step 4: Complete Registered Data
Go to “Mis datos registrados” and fill in all required fields.

Important: You must check the box labeled “Envío de comunicaciones por servicio web”.

This step is mandatory to ensure that your credentials are generated correctly and allow integration with external systems.

Step 5: Register Your Properties
Once your personal data is complete, proceed to register each property with its corresponding information (name, address, license number, etc.).

Step 6: Review and Sign
Verify all entered information and finalize the registration by signing digitally using Autofirm@ or Cl@ve Firma.
Reminder: Make sure the “web service” option is selected before signing.

Step 7: Receive Your Credentials
After signing, you will receive an email from no-reply@hospedajes.mir.es containing your login credentials. These will include your owner code, property code, and web service credentials (ending in "WS") required for activating the automatic guest check-in. 

What is the Online Check-in Feature?

The Online Check-in feature seamlessly connects your property to SES.Hospedajes. With this setup, Holidu will automatically transfer guest data once they complete the online check-in form.

How to Connect Your Property Using the App

To connect via our app, ensure it's updated to the latest version:

1. Navigate to “More” on upper right-side and then “Account” section and click “Configure” under the “Online guest registration” section.

1. Find your property list and click “Configure” beside the property you wish to connect.

1. Fill out the required form, activate automatic data sending, select SES.Hospedajes, and input your given username, password, accommodation code, and renter code. Click “Validate.”

1. Click “Save changes” at the end of the form to confirm.
2. Success! If no errors appear, your property is connected.

*Note: Properties in Catalonia or the Basque Country should select Mossos d'Esquadra or Ertzaintza, respectively.

Resolving SES.Hospedajes Credential Issues

If you face any issues with your credentials, follow these updated steps:

1. Access the SES.Hospedajes platform by clicking here .
2. Select the “@” sign for Access to the Registry of Establishments and Entities.

1. Log in using your Digital Certificate or Cl@ve app.
2. Once logged in, click on the “Access” option under Communication Service.

1. Copy the Username from the left column, and click “Change Password” to update the existing password for sending Guest Registration forms.
