Starting from the town of Engelberg, the cable car to Mount Titlis is an acclaimed experience with breathtaking views of the frozen alpine world. Ride the chairlift, enjoy the winter panorama, and once you reach the top experience a new and unique adventure in the Glacier Park. Take a walk through the Glacier Cave, a tunnel covered in ice crystals, and go over the Titlis Cliff Walk, a spectacular suspension bridge, to look down into the ice-carved abyss. At the top of the glacier there are also many other winter attractions.

Not everyone will have the opportunity to experience Europe's highest open-air elevator. The Hammetschwand elevator, the highest in Europe, will take you more than 1,000 meters above sea level to the top of the Bürgenstock. Board this glass-walled elevator, travel fast up the mountainside, and take in the views of Lake Lucerne and the entire Swiss Alps from the top. At the top, you'll find a cosy restaurant with a terrace. This world-record attraction has survived two world wars and is certainly a must-see attraction.
