Step 1: Verify Your Company Details

Steps to Complete:

  1. Log in to Your Holidu Account

Log in to your Holidu account and navigate to the 'Account' tab. Click 'Validate' to start the verification process.

Note: You might be asked to sign a new agreement. Simply accept to continue. This won't affect your pricing.

  2. Select Your Company Type

Choose the type of company you're verifying from the available options (e.g., Private Company, Public Company).

  3. Enter Company Information

    Fill in the following information:

    • Your company registration number
    • Your VAT number (if you have one)
    • If you don't have a VAT number, select "Don't have a VAT number"
    • Enter your company address using the search field. The address will automatically fill in the relevant fields
  4. Upload Required Documents

Proof of Registration: Upload a recent extract from the trade register or a similar official document. Ensure the document is clear and legible. You can find this on an official registration document issued by the relevant authorities in your country. The document should be no older than 12 months or contain a recent date.

Tax Document (if required): Upload a tax document showing the company's name and tax ID, issued by your country's tax authority.

  5. Review and Submit

Double-check all the information you've provided to ensure accuracy. Click 'Submit' to complete this step.

Step 2: Verify Decision Makers and Legal Representatives

Before You Start: Have These Ready

  • Address details of the decision-makers and legal representatives
  • ID documents (passport, driving licence, or national ID)

Steps to Complete:

  1. Add Decision Maker Details

Add personal details for at least one signatory (the person legally authorized to sign for your company). Enter their address using the search field, which will automatically fill in the relevant fields.

  2. Verify Identity of Decision Makers

Choose one of two verification methods:

    Instant Verification (Recommended):

    • Select the country of issuance and document type (passport, driving licence, or ID card)
    • Scan the QR code with your phone
    • Take clear photos of the front and back of the document
    • Submit for immediate verification

    Manual Upload:

    • Choose the document type from the dropdown
    • Upload high-quality photos of the document
    • Click 'Next' to submit
    • Verification may take up to 72 hours

Step 3: Verify Your Payout Details

Important: The bank account holder's name must match the company name you provided earlier. Bank accounts under the name of legal representatives or decision makers cannot be accepted for company verification. The account must be registered under the company's name.

Choose Your Verification Method

Instant Verification (Not available in Greece, Austria, or Italy):

  • Search and select your online banking provider
  • Log into your bank account through Tink, our trusted verification partner
  • Your banking login details are not stored and are used only for verification purposes

Manual Verification:

  • Upload a recent bank statement issued within the last 12 months
  • The statement must clearly show the company's name, IBAN, and for non-EU residents, the bank location
  • Click 'Next' to submit
  • Verification may take up to 72 hours

Step 4: Sign the Service Agreement

  1. Read through the service agreement provided by our payment partner, Adyen
  2. Once you're ready, click 'Sign' at the bottom of the page to complete this step

Step 5: Complete Verification

  • If you used Instant Verification, you should see your status update immediately
  • If you used Manual Upload, the process may take up to 72 hours
  • You can check your verification status anytime in your Holidu account
  • Once complete, your status will change from "In Review" to "Complete"

Tips for a Smooth Verification Process

  • Check Document Clarity: Make sure all documents are clear, well-lit, and fully legible. Poor image quality can delay verification
  • Consistency is Key: Ensure that all information matches across documents, especially names and addresses
  • Monitor Your Email: Keep an eye on your inbox for any updates or additional steps needed to complete the verification process
  • Use Current Documents: Ensure all registration documents and certificates are recent and haven't expired
  • Follow Instructions Carefully: Complete each step in order and provide all requested information before proceeding
