Une maisonnette insulaire traditionnelle, pittoresque et rénovée. La rénovation a eu lieu en juin 2018. La maison a toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin, deux unités de climatisation robustes, 55 pouces ultra tv, grand salon, deux chambres, une grande cuisine avec four, machine à expresso, etc. Il y a 2 balcons différents et un très joli jardin pour se reposer. Le quartier est pittoresque et calme et à 10 minutes à pied du port. Toutes les photos ont été prises en juin 2018.

Kala Nea is an adorable authentic little house, nearly 200 years old, being completely renovated in 2015. The house is very accessible : only a few steps to consider to the house (rare in Hydra !) and a 2 minute walk away from the sea having a jetty to swim off. The town can easily be reached along the coastal road taking about 10 minutes by foot or by sea taxi (3 minutes).The master bedroom has incredible views of the sea.
