Skopelos has 3 villages which are Chora, Glossa and Neo Klima. The village of Skopelos (Chora) located on the southern side of the island is the capital and the oldest settlement on the island. Here as in the rest of the villages of Skopelos you will find houses clinging to the hills, beautiful churches, tavernas and stone alleys. On the other hand, Glossa, located on the northwest side of Chora, is built along a mountainside, surrounded by pine, almond and plane tree forests, and is the second-largest settlement on the island.
