A 15-minute walk from the town, Es Forti is a 17th-century ruin of a fort. Notice boards explain its past as a lookout for the residents of Mallorca in its day. It offers a gorgeous view above the bay of Cala Egos, and its cannons and loopholes make it an exciting place for children to visit.
