Cute one bedroom guest cottage with water views of Sengecontacket and the ocean. It is fully equipped and is air conditioned. It has parking and is less than 3 miles to Edgartown harbor and convenient to State Beach and South Beach. The bedroom features a queen size bed and there is a living room and dining area with the water view. It is a lovely spot to enjoy all the amenities of Martha's Vineyard.
