Why should I choose Ibiza for a group holiday?

Where should we stay in Ibiza?

For a cheap and cheerful holiday, try San Antonio on the west of the island. Prices are lower in the West End, where parties are youthful and raucous.

Make a splash with boat rental

If you're travelling alone, then renting a boat will be way out of your budget - but on an Ibiza group holiday, it becomes a lot more affordable. The sky's the limit when it comes to boat rental, and a luxury motor yacht will set you back a cool €1000 a day, if not more. However, you can often find sailboats for as little as €250 a day, with even lower prices outside the high season. You can rent a boat with a skipper or sail it yourselves for added cool points.

Chill out at a trendy beach club

A beach club is the perfect spot for a day out on your group holiday to Ibiza. There's something for everyone here: if you're tired or feeling lazy, you can just chill out on a sun lounger or in a relaxation zone. Your foodie friends can enjoy a gourmet lunch, while the real party animals will find a DJ spinning tunes to get them in the mood. Many beach clubs have equipment for water sports too, and some even have yoga sessions. If you're lucky, you can do a bit of celeb-spotting at Cotton Beach Club or the Blue Marlin, renowned haunts of the rich and famous.

Have a wild night out at a world-famous club

While you're in Ibiza, take advantage of the chance to visit an iconic superclub like Pacha or Ushaïa. Pacha is one of the island's oldest and most famous nightclubs, where the party hasn't stopped since the 1970s. If you want a taste of luxury travel in Ibiza, consider getting VIP tickets. These will usually cost an eye-watering €250 a head, but you'll be in an exclusive area with table service, rubbing shoulders with footballers and other icons.

Go wild at a daytime party

There's no need to wait for the sun to set for the party to start in Ibiza! In the afternoon, make your way to San Antonio. Ibiza Rocks and O Beach are two great examples of open-air clubs, right on the beach, where you can start dancing early. You can also find a combo ticket that will start with a daytime boat party, followed by a night out. Lost in Ibiza and Pukka Up are two of the most popular, and always attract a great crowd.
