1. Wander the walled old town of Dalt Vila

   Perched atop the Puig de Vila, Dalt Vila is a UNESCO World Heritage Site waiting to be explored. Walk its Renaissance walls for sweeping views, then lose yourself in narrow streets that hide the Cathedral of Santa Maria, the baroque church of Santo Domingo and the Almudaina Castle.
