Holidu, the vacation rental booking portal, announces the signing of a strategic partnership between its subsidiary Bookiply, a platform specialising in the management of vacation accommodation, and Sportihome, the French vacation rental company for sports and nature holidays based in Montpellier

Holidu, the fast-growing holiday rental company, announced today that it has closed a €100 million Series E financing round led by 83North.

The vacation rental company Holidu is expanding its international presence with two more branches of its subsidiary Bookiply in France. Local offices are being opened in Rennes (Brittany) and Marseille (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The company is headquartered in Munich and now has 22 locations throughout Europe.

The Holidu Group gives its growth strategy another boost: Holidu takes over the holiday home portal Spain-Holiday and merges the business with its subsidiary Bookiply. The Holidu Group thus offers the largest range of holiday rentals in Spain.

We are very proud to announce that we have secured another financing round with £32M in Series D. The latest funding round is led by 83North with participation from existing investors.
